Austin 8 Drawer Double Dresser

More than 6 weeks have passed since I ordered a dresser and I still donโ€™t have my package. After iโ€™ve checked with them and gone back and forth with different responses, turns out my package has been lost. Unless I'd have called to check i'd be still waitingโ€ฆ no follow up with me unless I called them which is laughable given how much they'd messed up in the first place! I canโ€™t get an answer from them regarding what happened let alone how long it will take if a replacement needs to be sent out. They were borderline rude. They really don't care about Customer Service therefore they won't get any of my money again....Never using them again.
