"More than 6 weeks have passed since I ordered a dresser and I still donโt have my package. After iโve checked with them and gone back and forth with different responses, turns out my package has been lost. Unless I'd have called to check i'd be still waitingโฆ no follow up with me unless I called them which is laughable given how much they'd messed up in the first place! I canโt get an answer from them regarding what happened let alone how long it will take if a replacement needs to be sent out. They were borderline rude. They really don't care about Customer Service therefore they won't get any of my money again....Never using them again.
