Poor customer service and everything about this company. I ordered three pairs of sunglasses, mine, my husband's and son’s. I was very categorical on the brand, color, and size. First, the person who attended to me was unprofessional and didn't understand the products or my needs. Secondly, the ordering process took longer than I could have imagined and it resulted in a delay. On arrival, I was curious to see how they looked like, another big mistake. They were not the colors I wanted. I was more than disappointed. I contacted them again and wanted a refund. This time they were fast. I resolved not to buy anything from them again.
