I Ordered a Triple F.A.T. Goose jacket and asked the customer associates to put a note when they send it out, because I didn't want any mistakes on delivery. The lady said that she can send it to me with no notes and she would try with this one too, but if I don't get any result with this company, there would be no other options left cause they don't have many stores like this one. But what happened was exactly what I feared the most: I did not get my jacket and couldn't contact anyone at all from the company. Luckily another company that sold the same jacket took care of me.
