They were able to get me a mattress topper in the exact size I wanted at a great price and it was delivered last week after days of waiting. I decided to go with a latex mattress topper and I love it! It is much firmer than my old mattress topper, but that is exactly what I was looking for. The only downside is the delay and they also did not let me know that it would be coming from another store and when it would be ready for pick up. I had to send several other emails which were sluggishly responded to. Not sure if I will buy from them again soon, and if I will, it is only because the quality is first-class.
