1. The customer service and support that they provide are simply incredible!
2. I had an issue with my delivery and reached out via email to the company. I was initially frustrated because I read the poor communication reviews and could not find a phone number anywhere. I sent an email on Tuesday and the first thing on Thursday morning, I received a response.
3. The bands alone were a great investment. They have amazing quality and they come with a warranty as well!
