Reviews largely center on subscription problems. Customers describe being enrolled automatically, receiving unwanted shipments, being charged restocking or cancellation fees, and having refunds denied or delayed. Positive notes about service show up only rarely.
People who saw hair regrowth say the products delivered visible results for them. Many more reviewers call the products overpriced or ineffective, and point to recurring charges and hard-to-cancel subscriptions as their main value concerns.
Customers mention confusing billing descriptors and unexpected bank-statement categories that make it harder to track purchases. Several reviews also cite regional shipping cancellations, purchase restrictions, and long return timelines that added to frustration.
Serum results stand out on the positive side, with reports of thicker hair and fuller eyebrows after steady use. Complaints about conditioner performance and mentions of losing progress after stopping the serum appear, but less often.
Multiple reviewers say customer support was unresponsive or unhelpful during billing and cancellation disputes. A smaller but noticeable group describes sudden changes, such as shipments being canceled to certain regions without warning.
The reviews show a clear divide between liking the products and frustration with the admin side. Several customers who reported good results still rated the overall experience low because of billing, subscription, and support problems.

Vegamour GRO serum is probably my favorite product from Vegamour. The formula is light weight and doesn't make my thin hair feel greasy or weighed down which is great. I rubbed it in with my scalp scrubber to really rub it in, and my hair and this seemed to work well with my scalp. My hair does look thicker and I have been using the whole system for about a month now and I love the stuff. The scent is fantastic too. I will definitely continue using this product and see what the overall effect will be. I would also highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with thinning hair.
