I cannot fault this company at all. The customer service was flawless - The lady on the line (sorry I forgot the name for my mention) was so helpful and informative both times I contacted customer service over a product enquiry. The delivery was fast and the product was packaged perfectly to protect the contents. The vases themselves are a gift for my daughter -in-law but I was delighted with the purchase.
