Customer never received paid order and got no response.
“never received it.”
Several reviewers say orders were paid for but never arrived, and support questions went unanswered. Some shipments showed up missing pieces or with the wrong substitutes. Other buyers mention low-priced bricks that fit well, and one review says the brick quality beats a major brand. At least one report says a payment was sent to an unexpected account.

Service concerns focus on shipping and post-purchase help. Multiple reviews say paid orders were never shipped or never showed tracking. Several reviewers also report no refund and no response after contacting the seller.
Some customers call the parts inexpensive and usable. These value-focused positives appear less often than service complaints. In low-rated reviews, non-delivery and substituted pieces undercut the sense of value.
At least one review mentions a payment going to an unexpected email along with a PayPal alert. Several reviewers report no shipping emails and no order updates. These account and tracking issues add to buyersโ trust concerns.
Quality feedback varies widely. One reviewer says the bricks are high quality and comparable to leading brands. Others report counterfeit or imitation bricks, missing pieces, and incorrect substitutions.
Buyers repeatedly describe breakdowns in communication. Reviews mention emails going unanswered, no shipping notices, and no way to reach customer service. Some also say their orders were never processed and no status was shared.
Reviews range from customers who received usable, affordable parts to customers who report non-delivery, missing items, or alleged payment irregularities. Very high and very low ratings sit side by side. That split shapes the overall impression more than any single product detail.

Products are imitation bricks and not clearly identified as non-LEGO.
“not selling genuine LEGO bricks, but cheap Chinese imitation bricks”
I bought LEGO bricks from Vonado but what I received was not in line with what I paid for. Vonado claims the LEGO bricks they sold were authentic but what I have shows counterfeit LEGO bricks. I discovered that after a little study, I could buy the imitation bricks for a lot less than when I bought them from Vonado.
So I tried to contact Vonado several times to report the counterfeit LEGO bricks and ask for a refund. But no response from Vonado, not over email nor Facebook messages. It takes at least two weeks for me to get an answer so it's safe to assume they are ignoring my messages on purpose.
So there's only one way left to get my money back: filing a PayPal claim, but as far as I concerned Vonado scammed me with their fake LEGO bricks so I refuse to buy from them again until this issue has been resolved.
