Vonado sells Lego lighting kits such as automobile lighting, tower lighting, Robocop lighting, ninja lighting, Star Wars lighting, winter land lighting, and DIY lighting accessories, among other things. They also offered phrases from the MOC (My Creation) toolset, including "Star Wars," "New tech," "Space," "Architecture," "Superhero," and "MOC Standards."
Their items are typically delivered within 7 business days. All items come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you after the product has been dispatched. For international travel, Vonado employs a variety of Express services. Most purchases arrive between 10 to 14 business days after being dispatched, depending on the location. Vonado charges different shipping prices depending on the destination and purchase size.
They also provide a single worldwide free delivery service worth more than ten dollars. Contact them for a complete refund or exchange if your order hasn't delivered yet. I bought LEGO bricks from Vonado but what I received was not in line with what I paid for. Vonado claims the LEGO bricks they sold were authentic but what I have shows counterfeit LEGO bricks. I discovered that after a little study, I could buy the imitation bricks for a lot less than when I bought them from Vonado.
So I tried to contact Vonado several times to report the counterfeit LEGO bricks and ask for a refund. But no response from Vonado, not over email nor Facebook messages. It takes at least two weeks for me to get an answer so it's safe to assume they are ignoring my messages on purpose.
So there's only one way left to get my money back: filing a PayPal claim, but as far as I concerned Vonado scammed me with their fake LEGO bricks so I refuse to buy from them again until this issue has been resolved.
