W concept was founded by Hyeyoung Lim in 2006. It is a multi-brand online retailer for luxury Korean designers and fashion. They have headquarters in Seoul, Shanghai, and the Greater New York Area which was opened in 2015. They operate in the U.S, U.K, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Japan. The house brand of W concept is called FrontRow. In 2006, the W concept was launched to showcase the talent of budding designers, by exposing their brands online instead of limiting them to physical stores. It was in 2016 that W concept launched its first U.S e-commerce website. They have a rewards program as well and focus on the apparel and fashion industry.

W concept has a stock of clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories for both men and women. Apart from this, for women, they have products from K-BEAUTY like lip tints, toners etc. W concept has collaborated with several brands like 247 Seoul, Acwell, Bad factory, Bague etc. They offer accessories such as jewellery, hair accessories, eyewear, belts, hats, scarves, socks, and other lifestyle accessories both for men and women. On the shelf, they have skincare, makeup, nails, bath & body, haircare, sets, and tools & devices from K-BEAUTY. For men, they have several kinds of shoes, bags like duffles and waist-bags, and all clothing including loungewear and knitwear. They have a top sellers section to pick the most sold items on the site. They sell fingerless gloves as well and have other gloves with detachable straps.

Policies of W Concept

Their total price of the shipment includes all the customs duty fees like GST and VAT. If your shipment is being shipped from the U.S the sales tax will also be added to your payable amount. You can cancel any shipment only before it is shipped by the brand. You can return the package within 14 days upon delivery of the package. On any return, you need to pay an amount per shipment as a return shipping fee. No exchange services are provided by the w concept. But you can return the allowed products using the return merchandise authorization number, and place a new order for a new product. W concept provides you W loyalty points on every purchase which can be further used as an additional discount.

First Class Experience!! I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase at W Concept web shop! Excellent service and communication from the point of order to ship date. The staff I dealt with were professional, polite and courteous and kept me informed of my order status at all times. In summary, the service I received was impeccable throughout. The packaging was safe and secure and the gift wrapping was a credit to the Company. Everything about the product exceeded my expectations! The only small remark are the prices which are sometimes higher then the competitors.

But, I would have no hesitation in making future purchases or recommending this company to my friends and colleagues.
