First Class Experience!! I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase at W Concept web shop! Excellent service and communication from the point of order to ship date. The staff I dealt with were professional, polite and courteous and kept me informed of my order status at all times. In summary, the service I received was impeccable throughout. The packaging was safe and secure and the gift wrapping was a credit to the Company. Everything about the product exceeded my expectations! The only small remark are the prices which are sometimes higher then the competitors.
