I wanted to find a gift for my son's birthday but before I made the purchase I wanted to inquire about Gucci watches. My son is a big fan of this watch and so I wanted to make sure it was worth what I was going to spend. I wanted to inquire about gucci watches and the customer care was not responsive. The first call was picked by a female who insisted I place my order without much inquiry. When I persisted in asking questions, she hung up and subsequent calls went unanswered. I don't know how they operate, but it’s the worst customer care on the planet. I do not recommend the company.
