Customer care was unresponsive and calls went unanswered or hung up.
“the customer care was not responsive.”
The reviews analyzed show a consistent pattern of post-purchase problems: orders charged but not fulfilled, repeated lack of response to emails/calls, and multiple disputes initiated to recover funds. A small number of reviewers also raise product-authenticity concerns. If you are considering buying from this site, verify the current operational status of the website and seller, and prefer payment methods that offer buyer protection (credit card dispute or buyer-protection services). For high-value purchases, confirm seller credentials and consider buying from an authorized dealer or a seller with verifiable, recent positive transaction history.

I wanted to find a gift for my son's birthday but before I made the purchase I wanted to inquire about Gucci watches. My son is a big fan of this watch and so I wanted to make sure it was worth what I was going to spend. I wanted to inquire about gucci watches and the customer care was not responsive. The first call was picked by a female who insisted I place my order without much inquiry. When I persisted in asking questions, she hung up and subsequent calls went unanswered. I don't know how they operate, but it’s the worst customer care on the planet. I do not recommend the company.
