What reviewers often mention

🎯

Service quality

The only review points to a service cost concern: a $25 reprint fee. It doesn’t mention shipping speed, returns, or production time.

💰

Value for money

After a color mistake, the reviewer paid an additional $25 for a reprint. With only one review, there’s little to go on about overall value.

User experience

The experience described centers on receiving a blanket printed in the wrong colors. The feedback doesn’t cover ordering steps or site navigation.

🔧

Product quality

One review reports a print issue: the blanket arrived with incorrect colors. There are no other product quality notes to gauge how often this happens or what other defects occur.

📞

Communication

The reviewer mentions the charge but doesn’t describe any back-and-forth with support. With so little detail, response time and clarity can’t be judged.

Overall experience

Despite a print defect and paying for a reprint, the reviewer gave a 4.3 rating. With only this single data point, broader satisfaction is unclear.

Samuel Wortt 4/5

For my second order, I ordered two of my puppy paintings and a huge canvas on November 23rd.

In one of the purchases, I authorized the backdrop for the canvas, but have yet to get an email notifying me that it has arrived.

There was a second shipment of two blankets, and I received them.

A single blanket is a wonderful thing.

It's a shame that the other one is printed so poorly.

The blanket covering the grey dog in my entry is green.

Despite the fact that I've done an excellent job with the support email, I'm being charged $25 for a reprint.

The color of the blanket does not match the photo I gave.

On their website, they provide assurances of customer happiness, including a statement that the backdrop you pick is not a reproduction of the final product—the artists will ensure that the outcome is excellent.

In fact, I've never had a customer service experience this challenging.

This is extortion in the most literal sense.
