I have bought several different types of earring hooks from XYZBeads over the past couple years, and my recent purchase was sterling silver earring hooks, but I was disappointed in the quality. Regardless of the fact that these are sterling silver, they were still thin and cheap and not made well. They would bend after a few uses and they wouldn't stay closed to keep my earrings on. I took sent them back to the store where they are sold, but they said they couldn't do anything about it because that’s how they were supposed to be because they’re sterling. That is simply not true.. I continued to send emails and even threatened to call my credit card company, but they did nothing.
Now I am back to the drawing board and will NEVER purchase from this company again. They had an opportunity to make a customer for life and instead they gave me a bad feeling about their business.
