I was very pleased with the Air Jordan Sneakers I received from Yankee Kicks and I wore them right away. I didn't notice until a few days later that there was a defect on one of the corners of the sneakers. I emailed customer service and explained the problem. After sending pictures of the defect, I was told another pair would be sent to me. It's on it's way now. I couldn't be more pleased with Yankee Kicks customer service and the promptness of their responses. Overall, excellent experience as every time I called someone always called be back to let me know the progress of my replacement. I will be ordering more products from this company.
