For items that are available for pre-order, orders will ship after processing, and shipping time takes 5-8 weeks. If you did not like your purchases and you want to make a return simply, initial the request. You need to submit your return request within three days from the delivery date for US deliveries and seven days for China orders, and 14 days for the rest of the world. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received. Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the product will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded. Must return the footwear in the original box provided and packaged inside a protective shipping box. All items purchased during a promotional period and using a discount code are final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-owned items.

Air Jordan Sneakers
I was very pleased with the Air Jordan Sneakers I received from Yankee Kicks and I wore them right away. I didn't notice until a few days later that there was a defect on one of the corners of the sneakers. I emailed customer service and explained the problem. After sending pictures of the defect, I was told another pair would be sent to me. It's on it's way now. I couldn't be more pleased with Yankee Kicks customer service and the promptness of their responses. Overall, excellent experience as every time I called someone always called be back to let me know the progress of my replacement. I will be ordering more products from this company.
