This company is a scam! My husband and I ordered their wine of the month for $650. We were supposed to receive our box on November 8th, but it never arrived. I called and texted my client rep with no response. Finally after three days I got a voice message and sent an email as well as calling and speaking to another employee at the company who told me they would call me back that day and never did. I then sent an email to the customer service email this morning and still no response. I called again today, spoke to another employee who said they would call me back in 5 minutes and once again no one called me back!
I am a very patient person by nature but this has been going on for a week now. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, being left to worry about whether or not our money is safe in their system. This has been a nightmare for me! I would not recommend anyone order from them and if you do, definitely not for anything more than $129! Anything above that is a risk as they apparently can't be trusted. BUYER BEWARE!!!
