I just wanted to say that I LOVE zeelool and have ordered several glasses from them and had no issues. However, my last experience had many challenges. There were delays and when the glasses arrived, they were totally different from what I had ordered. Instead of Nayeli, which is my husband's favorite, they delivered Colin. When I tried to reach them, it was not possible. The emails had no response and time allowed for returns was elapsing. They finally responded back to me via Instagram direct message. I got super frustrated with them and almost wanted to abandon the return. But I'm glad it is over now!
