"I love Zeesea products. My order was delivered very promptly and in an immaculate way. However, their returns policy and customer service disappointed me twice in a row after they sent me wrong orders to a point that I rather order somewhere else where returns are dealt with in a more efficient way .
When I called the CS and explained about my wish to return goods they took ages to get back to me with instructions. They never advised me that returned goods arrived back at theirs on the other hand it took them a rather long time to reimburse me. I had to keep calling for weeks.
