“I’ve used BookBaby to publish both of my books. They are easy to work with and the print...”
Reviews show consistent praise for BookBaby’s printing quality, proofs, packaging, and many staff interactions. Multiple authors highlight quick turnaround for physical copies and positive outcomes for cover design and layout. However, several reviewers report problems with paid editing packages, Spanish-language editing, template usability, and inconsistent follow-up after publication. Prospective customers should confirm the exact scope of editing or design services, ask about file formats submitted to retailers (PDF vs JPEG), and get a clear point of contact for post-publication support before purchase.

As a first time self-publisher, I was very apprehensive about the publishing process. I was also concerned about the quality of the final product. The first thing I can say is that you guys have gone out of your way to make this process easy. You always answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. The second thing I can say is that I am absolutely delighted with how our book turned out! The quality of the finished product far exceeded my expectations. I had one little issue with creating a back cover design and they were very prompt in fixing it for me. The service is great and the staff is very pleasant to work with I am very happy with my book cover and it seems like everyone else is happy with it too!I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone I know who is in need of a great book cover designs.
