Favor is a sister site to Industry West, another home furnishing brand, and it was co-founded by a couple, Anne and Jordan England. Anne and Jordan, who already owned a home furnishing brand, were thinking of ways to expand their brand when they decided to create Favor.

Favor was the answer to their quest to enlarge the accessories line of Industry West and to do this, they engaged artists and creators from all over the world. These artists’ unique creations were added to the collection of home accessories that they have for sale and they were all put on Favor, an online store for small home furnishing items.

Products and Services of Favor
There are different categories of products for sale on Favor's site. You can go to the site and select a category of home furnishing items that you would like to buy, then you can add items till you have filled your cart to satisfaction. Categories on the site include Wear, Play, Dine, Live, Woof, New, and Sale.

The Wear section contains pieces of jewelry, clothes, and bags from different makers. In the Play section, you will find toys, lunch bags, snack sacks, etc. As you would expect, the Dine section contains items that are used in the dining – clothes, cutleries, etc.

If you want other items that can be used in other parts of the house, they can be found in the Live section. New arrivals are placed in the New section, special sales and discounts are found in the Sale section, and the Woof section contains items for your dog.

Delivery for purchases from Favor is believed to be gotten within 7-10 working days. Orders are sent through UPS and USPS so customers can set specific delivery dates if their order is being shipped through UPS. Customers are expected to verify their orders and report any issue within 14 days after the item is delivered.

However, returns can be made within 30 days after the product has been delivered by sending a return request email. The items to be returned must be new and undamaged. However, beauty items, sales items, and masks cannot be returned.
