Some customers say they were charged on expired cards or told discounts only applied to first-time buyers. A small number argue that free indicators offer similar features to Lux Algo.

Product quality

Positive comments mention strong indicator performance and helpful analytics. Only a limited share of reviews focuses on the indicators themselves. At least one reviewer directly compares the core features with free alternatives.

📞

Customers describe interactions with agents—especially Rodrigo and Phoenix—as clear, professional, and polite. Multiple reviews mention concise replies and step-by-step help. A few comments point to confusing or slow communication during refund or withdrawal disputes.

Overall experience

Reviews split between high ratings tied to support and low ratings tied to billing disputes, creating a polarized picture. Positive feedback centers on fast help and issues getting resolved. Negative feedback concentrates on subscription charges and denied refunds.

Sebastian Levi 5/5

LuxAlgo is one of the best trading tools available. I had never traded before and they provided me with extensive support, training and even helped me set up a demo account. It's super easy to use and has all the tools you need to be successful in the market. The support team is always available if you have any questions and they are very helpful. It's now six months now and I really love it. It's nice to see something out there that isn't some sort of scam. I highly suggest checking it out. I would recommend lux to anyone from a new trader to an experienced trader.
