Our first-time visit to Mexico was through BookVIP.com. Being so busy at work, I had no time to visit the travel agency’s offices and when I found BookVIP.com, I was super happy. I contacted them through the toll-free number on their websites and explained the kind of destination I wanted and the hotel. They assured me all that was available. It sounded great because it was within the range of my budget. I did my part and we finalized everything. We looked forward and eagerly waited for the day of travel which finally arrived. It all started well and we arrived at our destination safely and on time. However, when we got to the hotel, I felt like I would immediately call and ask for a refund. The rooms were pathetic. They were just ordinary rooms with low-quality bedding and poor ventilation. I complained to the customer care manager who kept saying they were getting us into another hotel until the five nights were over and returned home. I felt I wasted my resources in terms of money and time traveling with them. They are unfit for the industry.
