Order never arrived and customer service was rude and unhelpful.
“THE OUTNET.COM is a scam!!!!”
Reviews show a mix of positive and negative experiences. Many customers praise The Outnet for its wide designer selection, intuitive site and fast deliveries, and multiple reviewers describe smooth return processes. At the same time, a number of reviews report poor customer‑service interactions, long hold times or slow investigations into lost parcels, and a handful raise concerns about product condition or missing tags. Pricing feedback is mixed as well: shoppers mention good deals but also difficulties finding promo codes or unexpected charges such as tax on shipping. Prospective buyers should weigh the commonly reported strengths (selection, delivery speed, returns) against the recurring complaints about service and specific product issues when deciding to purchase.

THE OUTNET.COM is a scam!!!! I'm not sure what this company is thinking, but they are definitely ripping people off! My daughter and I placed an order for a tote bag and never received the product. We have tried to call this company many times, left messages, and waited on hold for up to an hour! They are no help. They are very rude over the phone and talk over you while you are trying to explain the problem. While I was on hold waiting for a supervisor, they hung up on me!!! We have never been treated so badly by any other business in our lives. I definitely would not recommend this brand to anyone. It's a total scam!! Save your money for a department store item that will last you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!
