"If you are considering purchasing 1800lighting.com products, please do yourself a favor and don't. They will scam you and make you believe they are an authorized dealer for the product they sell. They do not give you any peace of mind or assistance to resolve your problem.
I bought a light fixture from 1800lighting.com and it took 3 weeks to get them shipped out, and when they finally arrived, they were broken. I sent an email to 1800lighting asking for a return label, which they said would be emailed to me in 24 hours. Three weeks later I still heard nothing from them so I emailed them again, and after waiting another week I finally received a response back from them saying that they would send me a new fixture and that I should expect it in about 2 weeks. I am now stuck with dead light fixtures, all because of 1800lighting. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! BUYER BEWARE!!
