AVOID THIS COMPANY, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!
In order to receive a heated vibrator, I ordered from AcmeJoy online shop. It was sent in the shape of an unpowered diddle with no opening for a battery or plug; however, they did provide a USB cord, but there was no plug to be found.
It's so harsh that I can't even put it to use.
I've requested a refund because the equipment is completely worthless; nevertheless, they have not answered to any of my emails or phone calls; I'm really unsatisfied with their service.
It is my recommendation that if they do not provide what they advertise, you go elsewhere for your requirements.
