I found AJ Madison after months of frustrations from another company. I had purchased a washer that was never delivered. I was thus delighted and immediately placed my order after I identified the Bosch 300 Series WAT28400UC on their website. It was another trying moment for me. After I paid, I got no notification that my payment had been received. I had to contact them and each day, the transaction could not be traced. At times, there was no response. I was very frustrated and I decided to cancel the order. they have very poor service and bad attitude, my previous supplier is better.
