It took two months for my product to arrive.

Poor customer service, the poor product they are offering; the box looks like it has been dropped, kicked, and gotten wet; the diffuser cables have rust on them; the fit and finishing are poor; I received a black color instead of the requested white color.
All of my attempts to contact them in order to swap the item for a white one have been fruitless.
They don't respond to my emails and don't pick up the phone when I call.
It was an extremely horrible experience.
