"Wonderful customer service of all time! I have shopped from this shop for 2 years now and I have never found fault in their services, ordering process, payment methods, delivery or quality of their product. I have always received exactly what I want or at times their products surpass my expectations in quality and price. The main reason why I keep buying from them is the excellence in customer service. This deserves a five star rating. Last month I ordered a Jojo Cut Out Mini Bodycon Dress-silver size large but they delivered medium size. When I contacted them, they were very sorry about it. They even sent an email expressing their heartfelt apologies. They really encouraged me to return but since the dress was perfect for my sister, I decided to place another order instead. In less than 5 days, I had my dress. It is beautiful, unique and my favorite. "
