"I'm not sure what kind of marketing tricks they are pulling, but this company has been amazing! After my Samsung filter was damaged in shipment through no fault of their own and I had to take time off work. Discount Filters got me a replacement order on the way right away so that we could get back up running again as soon possible..I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are truly one-upping themselves by being an industry leader and providing outstanding service for all customers alike. I wish more vendors would treat customers like them :) I would and have recommended this company to others.
