My experience with fabric.com was once the best but lately, Iโ€™m dissatisfied by how they handle the customer, the delays, and the quality of their fabric. Though they display a wide range of their products, some are never available. Though it is the truth, they will never want to share. They are not honest and will let you place the order and start arguing. We wanted to buy a unique fabric for our church choir. The customer care person assured us of its availability while it was not. We wondered why the delay, contacted them only to be told it was out of stock. We had to wait for more days or choose another fabric. We are yet to decide which way to go.
