Originally started as a stall in a local fashion market in Rio de Jeneiro, founders Katia Barros and Marcello Bastos eventually began a clothing brand. This brand has now evolved into a chain of stores across Brazil.
Farm Rio have an ecological philosophy, and have teamed up with SOS Masa Atlantica Foundation and the Institute for Conservation And Sustainable Development Of The Amazonas. For each purchase on their website or in-store, the company donate to plant a tree in the Amazon rain forest.
