Shopping from FSJ shoes has always been my thing because of their great prices and a wide variety. However, I had a horrible experience with them during my last purchase. I bought a pair of boots and sandals which arrived on time and in a good package. The sandals were okay, but the boots were too big for me. I reached out to their customer care service that took days to guide me on how to go about the return process. Finally, I managed to return the boot, but the big problem is that the boots are used and they can't give a refund. I have to call them daily. I feel very frustrated and almost giving up.
