I had ordered a teddy and chocolate combo's for my daughter's birthday and both items were substituted on arrival. Then, though I paid for express delivery and it was guaranteed that the delivery would be on the same day, the item got delivered 2 days later. I am not sure why they even provided promises that they know they won't keep. I called several times asking customer service to look into the details of this delivery without any successful solution. My daughter was so disappointed! I don't think they are worth even 1 star.
