"Easy return and refund process. I ordered a mix of gold earrings, necklaces, and bracelets for my wedding day. I was very categorical that silver was for the bridesmaid while gold was for the bride. The ordering process and payment were easy. The delivery was also timely. However, they had packed several gold earrings and only one silver. The bracelets and necklaces were okay. When I noticed the mistake, I contacted customer care. They were helpful and guided me through the return process. Within two days, I had my earrings. The package was admirable, and the earrings were pretty. I wear them to this day and they have not faded."
