“i ve sent 12 emails and i received 1 saying โwe are looking this with UPSโ”
Paid nearly ยฃ100 for a MacBook sleeve that arrived unfinished and unsewn.
“arrived unfinished and not sewn together”
Unexpected UPS customs fee increased wallet cost significantly; support unresponsive.
“charged $100 for a wallet with "free international shipping”
Positive comments point to quick replacements and helpful agents who fixed issues. Negative feedback mentions refund requests being ignored, deliveries that never arrived, and long return processes. These service problems show up repeatedly across reviews.
Many reviewers say the products felt worth the price, especially for leather goods and customization. Others report unexpected import fees and having to pay return shipping, which noticeably lowered the value for them. Fee complaints appear often enough to reduce overall satisfaction for some buyers.
Several buyers like the precise fit of MacBook and iPad sleeves and mention careful packaging and presentation. A smaller but noticeable group reports sizing issues, items bent due to minimal packaging, or products arriving unfinished. Fit and packaging problems are less common, but when they happen they cause clear usability issues.
Across many positive reviews of sleeves, wallets, straps, and backpacks, customers repeatedly mention strong craftsmanship, good leather feel, and neat stitching. A few pointed complaints cite unfinished seams, weak construction, or materials that didnโt match expectations. Praise dominates, but defects still appear and matter when reported.
Several customers report slow or missing replies, rude responses, and no stock updates during preorders. Others describe fast, helpful responses that resolved problems quickly. The most common complaint is poor responsiveness and weak update practices.
Reviews split between high satisfaction with product quality and low satisfaction with delivery handling and post-sale support. Positive accounts focus on craftsmanship and fast fixes. Negative accounts focus on unresolved refunds, delivery failures, and surprise fees that spoiled the purchase.

This is the first time I've shopped with you after being recommended by my boyfriend. I appreciate your follow-up contacts, so that's a positive. However, I'm very little disappointed with the laptop sleeve case. It looks much better in the photos (they are graphic tricks) compared to the final product you delivered. The finish is quite different and the color is duller. The case fit is very tight, I wish it had a little bit of elasticity. I'm trying one more order from this store to see the quality. Otherwise, it is a big disincentive to shop this way. Thank you, Lisa.
