I purchased a pendant from this company but I received something far away from what they promised. It shows signs of wear even though it's brand new. Turns out they shipped me a useless piece of metal that wasn't even close to what was advertised... The company representative has been emailing me back but he's rude and uncooperative. I should've read the reviews before making the purchase, maybe I would've saved myself the hassle of dealing with uncooperative staff. I want my money back! I'm going to demand a full refund for this pendant and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
