Even though I had to ask for an exchange of the two zip-up hoodies ( the sleeves were a little bit shorter than expected) I bought from Hoodie lab, I love them both! The company reps came through and offered me an option of either getting a refund or doing an exchange, and I opted to have an exchange of a bigger size & everything was sorted ASAP! Eventually, the hoodies arrived well packed and they are so comfy and they are of a really good quality. The fabric is really soft and the finishing is outstanding. The price is good. Really happy with my purchase. So, I really recommend Hoodie Labs coz their products are definitely worth it!
