"It was a nightmare doing business with HottPerfume. The ordering process was tedious. I had to keep calling the customer care personnel, would be put on waiting for over ten minutes and then the call would drop. When I finally got one of the ladies, she did not respond to the queries about my Burberry perfumes order. I had to place another order that took so much time to be delivered. All this while, my customers were complaining about the delays and my inability to keep my word. It was one such terrible shopping experience in my life. Already searching for a more reliable perfume store.
