Max warehouse accepts credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay for payments but does not accept money orders, personal or bank checks. Returns for most items are allowed to be initiated within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Refunds will be sent to your account once the item has been received and inspected. I am disappointed with my recent purchase. I called to get a quote on some storage racks around the end of April and was expecting to wait a few weeks for them to come make the order--but they arrived a week later ready to install! The sales representative, Steve, was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining what they offered and even drew up floor plans of how things would look if we purchased certain items. It looked great, so we ordered. On May 7th, I got an email saying my order had shipped and would be at my home in 3 business days. The shipment came on the third day as predicted and two of my tools were misplaced--and unable to be located before I needed them. It took 6 weeks for them to figure out what happened to them and gave me broken replacements.
