I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered two pairs of shoes, 2 different sizes, and they were supposed to be delivered together. One pair was sent to me first. 3 weeks later, still waiting for the other one. I contacted them via email and asked them where my order was. They told me that they would check on it. A week later I received an email saying that my order was on its way, but it never arrived. I made two attempts to contact them by phone - both times, I waited on hold for 20+ minutes until I gave up.
I just can't believe that they can think we'll just forget we've ordered and paid for the shoes and keep waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and never receiving any! I've told them I'm going to write a review on this company so hopefully it will help me get my money back or at least an explanation!
