Studs
"โI ordered studs from this store, but they arrived in a very bad state. They were in a small envelope, which was crushed at one side and ripped open at the other side. And they didn't have any protection around them or anything. They looked like they'd been trampled on by an elephant, peeled off from something bigger and thrown into an envelope to be sold as loose studs. They looked damaged, even before I pierced my ears with them, but it was OK. But after one week of wearing them at most, they fell out on the street. It's not like I had tussled with anyone or anything, just walking down the street and check if there are any messages on my phone. Just normal activities. Never mind, I thought, I'll call the store and ask for a refund. So I asked the staff if they could give me a refund for my damaged studs but she was so rude and unhelpful! I'm so disappointed and will never recommend them!

Conclusion
This single review reports multiple issues: damaged packaging on arrival, studs that fell out within a week during normal use, and an unsatisfactory staff response to a refund request. For shoppers, inspect jewelry immediately on receipt and test fit before extended wear; take photos of packaging and items if damaged. Check the storeโs refund and return policies and ask staff about protection and packaging for small items like studs. If product durability or staff responsiveness is a priority, compare reviews and policies across nearby retailers before purchasing or booking a piercing.
