My first time shopping at Scarosso online shop, but my experience was awful. I've always been very careful when buying shoes online, because I know that it's easy for a company to mislabel their size. So I decided to measure my feet with the Scarosso's sizing chart and then added 1cm into the measurement. Few days later I got my order. I was very disappointed to discover that the boots were way too small. Turns out they omitted 1cm during the measurement process (either on purpose or by mistake). I contacted their customer service and explained to them what happened, and then they told me that the only option is to return those items and then they'll refund me after receiving those shoes back and the process will take days since they had to receive the return in their warehouse before they process a refund. And of course, the cost of sending the shoes back to Italy is entirely at my expense. This is not a satisfying answer given they assumed the measurements I had sent them when making an order, but because I didn't want them to keep my money from me just because they're too lazy to process requests, I had to do as they wanted! I will never buy from them again!
