Faulty engine wouldn't run and company failed to provide return assistance.
“Refuse to answer calls or emails.”
Reviews show a majority of buyers experiencing fast shipping, careful packaging and responsive support staff who often resolve issues. Many customers praise the machining and finish of kits, and several state they will buy again. However, a few reviewers report assembly defects, missing or ill-fitting parts and difficulties getting returns or RMAs processed. If you shop with Stirlingkit, inspect parts on arrival, document any fit or damage issues, and confirm the returns/RMA process before purchasing high-cost kits.

Not a very good experience with this company. I ordered a RC Engine model and was not able to use it. The engine would not run correctly and since I did not want to just throw it away (it was so expensive to even think of that) so I tried to return it. The company is so hard to deal with, I spent a lot of time trying to get an RMA number or return address. They responded saying they would send me an RMA right away. After 30 days, I had not received the RMA and I contacted them again but I did and never heard from them again. Refuse to answer calls or emails. So I had to keep a faulty engine, anyway. Do not purchase from this company.
