Paid for the impression kit but not only didn’t it come as described, there was also a mix up with the package that arrived and what I had ordered. I had to return the item and wait again for my order to finally arrive. The only positive thing is the item was shipped post haste. I also have to say that they take years to respond to mails. Sometimes I felt like I was chatting with an AI robot because the responses I’d get were so robotic. It is so unfortunate I wouldn’t think of purchasing from this site ever again.
