I ordered a beautiful dress advertised on their website for my daughter to wear to her upcoming senior prom but it came remotely not matching the picture! My daughter was so disappointed keeping in mind we had sent them custom measurements and they still delivered a total garbage! We emailed them after sending it back to get a refund but the customer service was so horrible. No one cared to guide us or respond when we gonna have our money back. After my persistent emails and calls, they sent partial refund citing they haven't received the dress and they'll give full refund after receiving it. What a JOKE? They are actually liars, cheaters, and no one should order from them if they value their money.
