As a first time self-publisher, I was very apprehensive about the publishing process. I was also concerned about the quality of the final product. The first thing I can say is that you guys have gone out of your way to make this process easy. You always answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. The second thing I can say is that I am absolutely delighted with how our book turned out! The quality of the finished product far exceeded my expectations. I had one little issue with creating a back cover design and they were very prompt in fixing it for me.
