Booking and service were good but a four-hour airport delay ruined schedule.
“We left the airport 4 hours later and this really messed up my schedule.”
Reviews of CheapFlightsFreak show frequent reports of easy, fast booking and prompt e‑ticket delivery, with many customers praising staff follow‑up. Common positives cited include competitive fares and helpful pre‑trip calls. However, there are recurring complaints about baggage charges, on‑day travel delays and a few strong allegations of price changes after payment. Consumers should verify fare and baggage rules, request written confirmations of ticket class and total price, and keep documentation of communications when booking.

My experience with this company is average. Out of the 5- star rating, I would give them 3.0. They have a great team in customer service that helped me get the best deal. I wanted to travel from Miami to Boston and I found they had lucrative offers that would help save me some dollars. I had a successful booking. During the travel day, I went to the airport very early as advised. I wanted to get to my destination as early as possible as I was going on official duty. However, this never happened. We remained in the waiting bay for hours. We left the airport 4 hours later and this really messed up my schedule.
