Normally your order will be delivered within 1-5 days depending on your location. For all items in the original packaging or incorrect or defective items, all returns within 60 days are free. In some cases, only partial refunds will be given. This can happen to any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete by the user, or exceeds the 60-day cooling-off period. If you return Ooni products from outside the US, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. When you contact support, they will let you know. I am sure this review will help people who would want to buy Ooni products as they are the only one who cares for their customers. TBH, they have incredible customer service that I ever had experienced. They responded promptly to my inquiries and feedbacks. I had purchased many ovens from different companies before but never got such customer care as I got from Ooni. Also, the oven was really a great product with the best materials used in it too! I would like to say that, I am very impressed with the quality of the product and customer service. And I highly recommend this oven to anyone!
