"Before finding your firm online, I was struggling to come up with a suitable prezzie for my best friends’ 40th. Looking thro’ your website I found very beautiful earrings which I was sure she’d love. She absolutely loved them (as did I and many others!) The quality was superb (as expected). Confirmation e-mails, despatch notifications and delivery were excellent. However, I can't help be a little disappointed with its presentation box. The boxes' interior (cushion pad) was loose, showing the glue marks where it should be fixed. Not really a premium look, considering the premium quality (and prices) of the earrings.
