Once you have purchased your artwork, Absolut Art will let you know the status of your order via email. You will receive a tracking number the moment your artwork is shipped They ship within 48 hours (business days) and ship within 3-5 days of delivery. If you need it sooner, please contact their website and they will try to help.

If your product has not been collected from the delivery point, Absolut Art reserves the right to charge all costs associated with the return shipment. If the delivery is delayed, you will receive a message from Absolut Art. In the event of a long delivery delay, you always have the right to cancel the purchase. I had a very bad experience with Absolut Art Company because their technicians were not able to bring out the art I chose and that made me feel very irritated. Their customer service was also negative when it came to my experience and I am so disappointed. The technicians or the customer care were not helpful at all. I wish I hadn't hired them for the job. Now when I look at my living room, all I can think about is how bad the project went and that I wasted a lot of time. I hope this was helpful to anyone who wants to consider hiring them for an artistic job. Don't wait to lament later, desist thes people!
