Reviewer has consistently received fast shipping and good customer service.
“Not 1 complaint, I place an order and within a few hours the order is shipped.”
Fat Brain Toys reviews show a split picture: several shoppers praise durable puzzles, fast shipping and helpful customer service agents who arrange replacement parts. At the same time, multiple reviews report missing or broken pieces, items that differ from online images, and inconsistent responses to warranty or return requests. If you’re considering a purchase, check product photos and sizing carefully and review the company’s return policy before ordering. For higher-value or time-sensitive gifts, keep shipment tracking and document packaging in case you need support.

I have been a big fan of Fat Brain Toys for years. As a grandmother to three small children, I’ve been looking for quality products that will last for years and be fun during the process. After years of frustration with many other brands, I finally found what I was looking for at this company…they make wonderful products that are unique and challenging. For instance, the puzzle I ordered for my grandaughter's 5th birthday was one of the best I have ever seen from this company. The quality is great, the pieces are very thick and well made, and it is a very fun puzzle that provides a lot of challenge for a 5 year old. I highly recommend this company and their puzzles to anyone who wants a quality product that will last.
