Tinggly advises that it takes 1-2 business days for gift boxes to be delivered in Europe, 1-5 business days to be delivered in the United States, and 2-5 business days to other parts of the world. The courier service that they use in delivery is DHL.
The refund policy of Tinggly
Tinggly declares that if a customer is unsatisfied with a gift voucher, they can return the unbookedgift voucher within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Once the voucher has been used to book an activity or experience, customers will not be refunded.
However, Tinggly affirms that there is room to exchange a voucher with a recommended experience, for another experience, provided that the gift voucher has not been used to book an experience. Exchanged gift boxes are non-refundable and only one exchange is permitted.Customers can also transfer their voucher as a gift to another person if they are unable to use it.
Although customers can upgrade their gift boxes, Tinggly declares that the customers would still have to pay the price difference between the gift boxes.
